Pastor Javier was born on August 1, 1985 and grew up in the Nueva Monserrath neighborhood. He has been a believer for 13 years, he is a first generation believer. He felt the call to ministry through service in the church and the encouragement of his local pastor.

He has a call to plant a new church! He has served as a leader of youth and cell groups. He is a certified teacher in the Pentecostal Biblical Seminary and in the Biblical Seminary Central America. He supports the logistics team of the Emerging Generation (young people). The projection of Pastor Javier and his family is to reach most of the inhabitants of the urban area of ​​the Municipality of Conguaco, which has 2,700 inhabitants in the town and in the entire municipality has 18,0000.
