Pastor Junior Paygar was born and raised in Buchanan, Grand Bassa county. He is a born again believer who has been in the gospel for the past 6 months. When He was first called by the spirit to ministry He decided to speak to his friends within the community and won some of them. He is married and a devoted family head. He is believing God for the funds needed to fulfill the vision God has called given him.
