Pastor Yam Sok was born and raised in Sleng Spean village, Siem Reap province. He is a first-generation believer that got saved 9 years ago. When he believed in Jesus and he started to help his church by going to the village to share the gospels and going to a cell group with his pastor during a cell group meetings, he heard God’s voice talk to him (do you love to see people get to save from their sins?) and he said yes, that is when he first felt the call to ministry. He has been faithfully serving the Lord for a long with his leader and he is a leader in his local church and now feels led to plant a church in Sleng Spean village. There are 350 families in the village. He already had a cell group there and that place is real potential for a church plant. There is a peaceful family that allows us to use his house as a cell group and outreach point. He is believing God for his providing for church planting movement in his village and other villages around there.
